SPORTS PHYSICALS

• Sport Physicals (Your sports physical will be conducted by one of our providers. You will be asked to fill out a health form and questionnaire. Your provider will discuss your child's medical history, including any past illnesses and injuries. Our friendly medical team will record your child's height, weight, and check their vital signs. After this, your provider will conduct a physical exam.)

DOT PHYSICALS

• DOT Physicals (Rebecca has been a certified medical examiner for over 10 years.  She will perform the required physical examination and will ensure that you are able to safely drive a commercial vehicle. If you pass the exam, we can sign your medical certificate on the spot.)
