Dr. Galyean graduated from Southeast Missouri State University 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Attended University of Missouri State Louis and Earned a Masters of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Certification in 2003. She went on to complete Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree at Walden University in 2023. Her dissertation focused on management of Type II Diabetes. Rebecca has worked in the medical field over 25 years in many areas some which include Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, and Nephrology. Rebecca opened Hope Medical Clinic in Jackson, TN in 2014 with the goal of providing quality, comprehensive health care to the Jackson community and surrounding areas. She has extensive experience in managing chronic illnesses. She loves providing skin care with over 25 years of experience injecting patients with botox, filler, completing minor skin procedures and collecting biopsies of suspicious skin lesions. Rebecca looks for opportunities to work with non profit and charitable organizations in the community which have included Friends of Heart, HAPPY, St. Jude, RIFA, Shop with a Cop, and Heaven's Cradle. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family in her free time. She gives credit to God for all of life's blessings.

Dixie Graduated from Northeast Mississippi Junior College 2004 with Associates Degree in Nursing, University of Memphis 2020 with Bachelor of Science in Nursing, University of Memphis with a Masters of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Certification in 2023. She has extensive nursing experience in Cardiology, Urology, and Surgery. She has also worked in Urgent Care and Primary Care. Dixie has worked in the medical field over 23 years. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages. She loves to spend time with family and fur babies in her free time.
